Great location and great room Too bad there is not a restaurant inside but the location near to galerías justify
Basic level hotel in a good location, but not so busy. Front desk service is good, but the service at restaurant varies - one day bad and one day good. Room is clean but they don't provide enough bottled water - only one small bottle. The air conditioning system is noisy when it regulates temperature and will affect a light sleeper.
A basic and functional Four points Sheraton in Monterrey. Very friendly service at the front desk and breakfast. The hotel has a gym and small pool too. But it's the location opposite the large mall which makes it convenient. We would stay here again on a business trip.
. A nice four-star property located right in the heart of an upscale neighborhood. I’ve been staying here for about a month on an official trip and must say, the experience has been close to perfect. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast every morning, which is quite good. While the vegetarian options are limited, whatever is available is fresh, hygienic, and tastes great. What truly stands out is the staff. They are extremely helpful, polite, and always go the extra mile to assist you with anything you need. Overall, a great stay – ideal for both business and leisure travellers. I’d definitely recommend it.

So many times coming to Monterrey, I have never stayed here. It is going to be my number one option next time. It has a good location, places to eat, shopping, close to sana catarina to see my customers and safe.
Wanted to share my experience and express my gratitude and appreciation for an extraordinary experience in Monterrey while staying at The Four Points Sheraton with Operations Manager, Gabriela Bolados…. When my husband and I arrived, from the airport …I was having some A-Fib symptoms…she immediately called a private doctor to see me.. She has taken extraordinary care of me while we have been here for our only child’s wedding .. So I (and my husband-Platinum Marriott ) are so very extremely grateful for Gabriela and her entire team! This hotel is amazing, the food outstanding, excellent service, transportation and they truly extend hospitality and treat you life family! Muchas gracias!
The bed and pillows were feather, the most comfortable I've slept since w cold in my grandma's big feather beds. Waiting in the lobby made me realize just how well this hotel is managed. A. Barrage of cleaning people constantly working on that lobby, but yet in no one's way. Very Impressive!
